Welcome to my website.
A Rita Wagner original is a genuine, unique, one off design, hand painted on canvas, wood, waterproof panels, new and recycled furniture or directly onto the wall. I work to create something to suit the individual. I particularly love to take a piece of furniture, found on the scrap heap and turn it into an heirloom of the future.

I am a Canberra Based Artist and have been studying and practicing art since 1993. I take pride in my work and update my skills on a regular basis. I have had the privilege of working with masters of their craft, who have passed on their knowledge and love of art, whether it be drawing, painting, gilding, decorative art, murals or Tromp l'Oeil.
